Personally Identifiable Information
"Personally Identifiable information" includes, but is not limited to, any information by which individuals can be personally identified, such as first name, last name, address(es), phone number(s), email address, credit card number, identification numbers (driver’s license, social security or national number), bank account/financial information, date of birth, marital status, social network ‘handle’, preference information, and survey answers/opinions. It may include all or part of the information provided when you apply for an open job position.
Collection of your Personal Information
You may provide PII under a wide range of circumstances, including, but not limited to, when you use or log into the Site, submit information through the Site, sign up for Player’s Club, apply for Credit, make a purchase, sign up for email or text messages, book a reservation, enter a promotion, complete a survey, apply for an open job position, or respond to job posting.
The Casino may collect other nonpublic personal information about you, such as information about your gaming and betting history, transactions with us or with other companies; and information we receive about you from other sources (such as credit or financial institutions in connection with Casino credit approval). PII may be received through direct correspondence with the Casino (email, mail, telephone, or other means). The Casino also collects data for any and all local, state, federal and foreign country reporting requirements.
If you visit one of our casinos, hotels, or restaurants, PII may be received through use of one of our many services such as concierge, amenities, room service, etc., when you register for special events, make a purchase, or during security monitoring for your safety and detection of fraud, cheating or money laundering.
Use of your Personal Information
The Casino may use your information to tailor marketing materials and promote our products; to provide you with products or services you have requested directly or through a third party that is approved by the Casino; make a credit determination and then manage the account (if applicable), provide news and event information, register and manage Player Club member accounts, to communicate with you in connection with your specific requests, and to continue our ongoing efforts to expand your gaming experience and make improvements to our casinos, hotels, and other properties. We will use PII volunteered to administer your participation in a contest, notify the winners and award prizes. The Casino may also use your information for any legally required reporting to governmental or regulatory entities.
Sharing of Information
The Casino may share PII with our properties, subsidiaries, and other third parties as we deem appropriate to efficiently conduct our business. Information may be shared with or obtained by third party service providers which may include credit reporting agencies, financial institutions and lenders, and payment card processors for request of credit information and financial management and transactions, in addition to prize fulfillment companies and the on-line job applicant service provider. We believe these providers exercise reasonable care to protect your personal information and all third-party contracts restrict the use of your personal information to the purposes for which it was provided to them.
If you apply for job position, some of your personal data may be shared in order to confirm education, work history, references, etc. Other third parties include.
Your personal information may also be disclosed if necessary for any legally required reporting to governmental or regulatory entities or to comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other valid legal process; in connection with any legal action, claim or dispute, including, but not limited to, the collection of debts; and for the protection of persons or property.

Data Retention and Disposal
The Casino keeps customer information for as long as is necessary for business purposes, or as legally required by appropriate state, federal and regulatory bodies. Past that time period, records, both physical and electronic, are destroyed.
We use security safeguards to protect PII from unauthorized access. We have policies and procedures in place to set forth physical, administrative and technological safeguards around data security. Pursuant to law, persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted to gamble at our property or loiter in casino areas. Notwithstanding the foregoing, persons who have obtained age of 18 may participate in class 2 poker & class 2 bingo games at our properties. The Casino will not grant credit to anyone under the age of 21. Persons younger than 21 years of age are not allowed to accept offers or win contests, and we do not knowingly collect information from such persons.
This Site is not intended for use by any person under the age of 18. Any use of this Site by persons under the age of 18 should only be under the direct supervision of that minor’s parent or legal guardian.

The Casino has provided a private sector independent recourse mechanism (located in the United States) to investigate and expeditiously resolve individual complaints and disputes. This dispute mechanism will cover all personal data except for human resource data. Under certain limited conditions and as a last resort, the individual can invoke binding arbitration. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over the Casino’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.

These Terms and Conditions of Use applies to the web sites of Seminole Casino and/or Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and/or The Seminole Tribe of Florida and/or Hard Rock Cafe International Inc. or its affiliates (collectively ” Seminole Tribe of Florida”), such websites collective referred to as the “Sites”.
We encourage you to read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully as it controls your use and access to the Sites, now and in the future. However, Seminole Tribe of Florida expressly reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time by posting an updated version of the Terms and Conditions of Use on the Sites. Any unauthorized use terminates any license or permission granted by Seminole Tribe of Florida. Except as expressly stated above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to the content of the Sites.
All Seminole Tribe of Florida trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, slogans, and other identifying marks appearing on the Sites are the sole and exclusive property of the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
